Parfaits:
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups non fat plain Greek yogurt, divided
- 4 ounces diced fresh figs
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 4 mint leaves
To Assemble Parfaits:
- In layers, place 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 ounce diced figs, 1 Tablespoon pecans, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 ounce diced figs and 1 Tablespoon pecans in a parfait cup or serving dish.
- Top each parfait with 2 Tablespoons yogurt and 1 mint leaf.
