Ingredients
- 98g carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 90g red pepper
- 80g sugar snap
- 90g houmous
- 30g Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Mix the houmous with the yoghurt, turmeric and cumin and decant to a dipping bowl.
- Peel and cut the carrots into batons. Then cut the cucumber and peppers into batons and trim the sugar snap.
- Place the batons of the assorted vegetables around a bowl and serve with the houmous in the centre.
