VOID IN PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (U.S.), AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY INSTAGRAM.

MINDFUL O’GOODNESS Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Sodexo Operations, LLC (“Sponsor”).

RECEIVE A GAME PIECE WITHOUT PURCHASE (alternate method of entry “AMOE”): A participant can request a voucher for a free sample of one Mindful O’Goodness bar or cookie of his or her choice at a participating Sodexo location by sending an email to admin@mindfulsodexo.com.  Upon receipt of the email, the voucher will then be emailed to be used obtain one Mindful O’Goodness bar or cookie of choice.  All voucher requests must be received by Sponsor no later than November 17, 2016. 

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) Mindful O’Goodness Package including a total of 6 bars, made up of any combination of the winner’s choice of the following: Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Cinnamon Berry Cashew bars and12 cookies, made up of any combination of the winner’s choice of the following:   Quinoa Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin Dark Chocolate Cranberry.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.  Total approximate retail value of the prize $ 27.00.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited. PRIZES MAY BE SUBJECT TO TAX; ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals, eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions).  If you are under the legal age of majority in your state of residence (a “Minor”), one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Official Rules with your entry (as hereinafter defined), and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules on behalf of you and themselves. Employees of Sodexo Operations, LLC, subsidiaries or agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with any of the foregoing are not eligible.

CONTEST PERIOD:  The Contest begins on November 14, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”).  Submissions must be received by November 20, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) in order to be eligible. Entries received after this date will be deemed ineligible to win.

ENTRY: All entrants must (1) follow @mindful_by_ sodexo on Instagram™ (2) upload a selfie of you enjoying our Mindful O’Goodness product to your Instagram account, tagged with hashtag #I WantToWinOGoodness and  (3) repost the Contest photo with hashtag #I WantToWinOGoodness and mention the @mindful_by_sodexo Contest in the comments.  You may only enter electronically. To enter electronically, make an Instagram™ account at http://www.Instagram™.com. All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct. Five winners will be chosen. All submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis (i.e., multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account) and all components of the entry must be the original creation of the submitting participant. Only non-commercial work may be submitted. All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.  The computer clock of the administrator of the Contest is the official timekeeping device.  By participating in this Contest, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, and caption, for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Contest in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless restricted by law.  As a condition of eligibility, entrants agree to release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

ENTRIES DEEMED INAPPROPRIATEOR UNSUITABLE INSPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED:   Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties, contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor (which participant has a limited license to use for this Contest); contain the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead, without permission or disparage Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsor’s competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest.  Entries may not include confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or entity other than the entrant absent a suitable license or permission agreement, proof of which is required. Entries containing any forbidden matter  or promoting bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or material otherwise deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER:  By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and that the decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The 5 users who generate the most Likes, Comments and Shares will win a Mindful O’Goodness Package.  Potential winners will be notified by Instagram™ post  @mindful_by_sodexo. Sponsor reserves the right not to select any winning submissions based upon the quality or content of submissions. Potential winners may be required to sign and return a sworn Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. If required documentation is not returned within seven (7) business days of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within thirty (30) days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, for any reason. Sponsor is required by law to report prize values to taxing authorities; all taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: By entering, you represent that: (i) your entry is your own original work; and (ii) you own or have the rights to convey any and all right and title in any material submitted as part of your entry into the Contest. By entering, you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future and otherwise use your submission, along with your name and likeness, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, hardware or software

malfunctions, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, mechanical, typographical, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these official rules and to disqualify permanently from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules. Should promotion be modified, suspended, or terminated as aforesaid, the prizes will nevertheless be awarded from eligible entries previously received and in accordance with these Official Rules.
