Ingredients
- 200g of sliced turkey breast
- 20g or 4 slices of emmental cheese
- 120g of thinly sliced gherkins
- 2 turns of black pepper per filling
- 8 slices of rye bread about 30g per slice
- 80g of salad leaves
- Lay out half the bread slices.
- Top each slice with equal quantities of cheese, lettuce, turkey and gherkins.
- Season with the black pepper.
- Top with the remaining bread, cut in half and serve.
