Overnight Oats with Blueberries & Chia Seeds

Ingredients
  • 120g Porridge Oats
  • 560g Natural Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 30g Chia Seeds
  • 100g Blueberries
  • 4 Small Jars or Dishes

If you are using a clear glass or jar then build in layers so you get the effect - starting with chai seeds, followed by the yoghurt, the oats, the remaining yoghurt and finally the blueberries.

If you are just preparing this for a quick breakfast the next morning and time is more important than the look then simply mix everything together in a bowl and divide into dishes or cups.

Either way, leave in the fridge overnight and it’s good to go.
