A vegetable stock with red lentils, green beans, kale and a pinch of turmeric.

Yield: 4 servings
- 120 g red lentils
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 100 g green beans
- 40 g of kale
- 1 shallot
- 0.5 l vegetable stock
- Handful of basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- Pinch of pepper
- Clean the green beans and chop the basil and shallot.
- Heat the sunflower oil in the pan, squeeze the garlic and fry together with the kale. Turn the heat down and add the green beans, basil and shallot and cook briefly.
- Add the vegetable stock, red lentils, turmeric and black pepper.
- Stir every few minutes and let the soup simmer gently for about 20 until the lentils are cooked.
