Ingredients
- 100 g dates
- 1tsp fresh ginger
- 2 oranges
- 2 1/2 banana
- 120 ml carrot juice
Yield: 4 servings
- Peel the oranges and bananas, cut into pieces and lay down in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Peel and grate the ginger.
- Add the oranges, the bananas, the dates, the ginger and dates in a blender and mix till it is a smoothie.
