Ingredients
- 200 g cooked prawns
- 120 g soybeans
- 2/3 avocado
- 80 g corn
- 40 g cooked beet cubes
- 1 rettich
- 80 g brown rice
- 4 hands of romaine lettuce
- 4 hands of raw vegetables
- 2 tbsp yogonaise
- 1 tbsp citrus vinaigrette
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi
Yield: 4 servings
- Prepare the brown rice according to the instructions on the package and cool down.
- Mix the romaine lettuce with the raw vegetables and brown rice. Cut the avocado in cubes. Let the corn leak.
- Grill the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Mix the prawns with the vinaigrette and let it drip.
- Peel the rettich and cut in cubes. Mix the yogonaise with the wasabi.
- Fill a 4 bowls with the brown rice/lettuce-mix. Devide the corn, the rettich, the avocado, the beet cubes, the soybeans, the prawns.
- Serve with wasabi-yogonaise.
