Yield: 4 servings
- 1 medium to large banana
- 350 ml Greek yoghurt 0%
- 230 g avocado pieces
- 1 bunch of mint
- 45 ml lemon juice
- Peel the banana and chop into pieces.
- Remove the mint leaves.
- Combine the banana, mint, Greek yoghurt, avocado pieces and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
