- 100 gr dates
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 oranges
- 2.5 banana
- 120 ml carrot juice
- Peel the oranges and the bananas, cut them into pieces and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Peel and finely grate the ginger.
- Put the orange, banana, ginger, dates and carrot juice in the blender and puree into a smooth smoothie.
