Ingredients
- 125 gr beet cubes
- 150 gr frozen forest fruits
- 1 large banana
- 4 medjoul dates
- 250 gr soy drink almond flavor
- Let het forest fruits defrost slightly. Peel and cut the banana.
- Put the forest fruits, the banana, the dates, the beet cubes and the soy drink in the blender and puree this into a smooth smoothie.
