Door goed te stretchen, verklein je de kans op blessures. Die kunnen onder andere ontstaan doordat je gedurende langere tijd steeds dezelfde spieren gebruikt. Bovendien kan stretchen ervoor zorgen dat je beter gaat hardlopen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is belangrijk om zowel voor als na het hardlopen te stretchen. V\u00f3\u00f3r je gaat hardlopen is het goed om dynamische oefeningen te doen die ervoor zorgen dat je bloed sneller gaat stromen en dat je het lekker warm krijgt.
