Autrement dit, \u00ab&nbsp;en refaisant souvent le m\u00eame exercice, le corps devient  plus efficace et br\u00fble moins de calories de fois en fois&nbsp;\u00bb, affirme Robert  Steigerwald, physiologiste de l&rsquo;exercice clinique \u00e0 New York. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u2019exercice reste quand m\u00eame tr\u00e8s important<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019exercice n\u2019aide pas par lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 perdre du poids, il est vital \u00e0 une bonne sant\u00e9. \u00ab Faire de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement diminue la pression art\u00e9rielle, am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire, renforce les os et contribue \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les blessures en vieillissant \u00bb, rappelle Steigerwald. En outre, pour quelqu\u2019un qui essaie de perdre du poids, le fait d\u2019augmenter ses entra\u00eenements, en particulier la musculation qui permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre la force et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le m\u00e9tabolisme, peut aider \u00e0 ne plus plafonner.
